That changes today. Lightspeed AI is now agentic, meaning it can independently plan, reason, and execute multi-step workflows across your entire toolkit. Instead of answering one question at a time, it can now take a goal and figure out how to accomplish it.

What Does "Agentic" Mean?

An agentic AI doesn't just respond — it acts. When you give Lightspeed a task, it can now:

• Break complex requests into steps — Ask Lightspeed to "draft a campaign for next month's big jackpot draw" and it will pull your recent draw data, check your knowledge base for past campaign language, generate copy in your brand voice, and queue it in Draft Assistant — all from a single prompt.
• Use tools on your behalf — Lightspeed can now orchestrate across Response Assistant, Draft Assistant, the Knowledge Base, Data Analysis, and more. It picks the right tool for each step without you having to switch between them.
• Reason through ambiguity — When a request is unclear or has multiple valid approaches, Lightspeed thinks through the options and chooses the best path, or asks you for clarification when it matters.
• Learn from context — Agentic Lightspeed remembers what you've worked on in the current session. Ask a follow-up question about "that email" or "the last draft" and it knows exactly what you mean.
