Common questions about plans and billing.

You get full access to all features of your chosen plan for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can subscribe to continue or your account will be paused until you upgrade.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing portal. When upgrading, you’ll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Each time you generate a response, draft, analysis, or use any AI-powered tool, that counts as one generation. Editing or copying a previous response does not count. Your usage resets at the start of each billing period.

You’ll receive a notification when you’re approaching your limit. Once reached, you can upgrade to a higher plan for immediate access to more generations, or wait until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

Lightspeed is purpose-built for nonprofits and charitable gaming operators, and our pricing already reflects that mission. For organizations with special circumstances, contact us and we’ll work with you.

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. For example, the Pro plan is $159/month billed annually ($1,908/year) instead of $199/month billed monthly ($2,388/year), saving you $480.
