How do I reset my password?
Lightspeed uses Google or Microsoft sign-in, so there’s no separate password to reset. Just sign in with your Google or Microsoft account.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes. Upgrade to the Professional plan for up to 5 users, or Enterprise for 10+. Contact us for custom team sizes.
What file formats does Insights Engine support?
Insights Engine works with CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files. Export your data from your raffle provider and upload it directly.
Is my data shared with other organizations?
Never. Each organization’s knowledge base is fully isolated and encrypted. Your data is never used to train models for other accounts.
